A superb heavy duty, high performance aluminium loft ladder for daily domestic and commercial loft access. Sprung pivot arms and nylon slide provide a smooth and quiet sliding operation. Comes complete with two long handrails for climbing security, 77mm(3") deep flat non-slip treads angled for comfort, operating pole and all the fittings for simple loft ladder installation.
You'll need vertical clearance above hatch of at least 1030mm(3ft 4") and horizontal clearance behind loft hatch of 1600mm(5ft 3"). Actual loft hatch is not included.

Quality written all over it, strong, robust and well made. Only down side are the instructions. Not very clear and need to double check at each stage, some of the measurements positions are not clear. When fitted it is a fantastic product. Slides well. Would recommend to a friend.
