An exclusive design to us - this loft ladder takes away any doubt as this one will definitely fit your loft. Extra deep, rubber non-slip treads for your safety and comfort. Very simple to fit - this loft ladder comes fully assembled, and even comes with a kit to change your existing "push up" attic hatch cover to "swing down". It is extremely strong with a maximum load capacity of 150kg (23.5 stone). For durability it has stainless steel bolts and carriage, giving the loft ladder that "sturdy" feel. Easy to use - featuring two red springs which support the loft ladders weight when being lowered from or raised into the attic. Can set the ladder to land at different angles when there is limited space in the room below or obstacles to overcome. Loft ladder requires a minimum loft opening of 430mm (1' 5") wide (the side the ladder will be fixed to) and 570mm (1'10") long. Full instructions supplied.
