These Slider Loft ladders offer excellent quality and strength at a great price. This ladder has a maximum load capacity of 150kg (23.5 stone) and conforms to the latest EN14975 safety standard for your reassurance. Twin large red handrails are included for safer use. Non slip, wide treads ensure safe and comfortable climbing. The pivot arm ensures easy and smooth operation. Non slip rubber feet are supplied for safer use and to protect your floor coverings. A full fixing kit is included, and we even include the hardware to convert your existing "lift up" loft hatch door to "swing down" into the room. Also included is an extra long aluminium operating pole supplied for ease of use. For extra strength, the ladder's rungs pass through the ladder's stiles and are crimped on the outside therefore giving a neater, stronger ladder. Supplied with full instructions written in plain English. Suitable for floor to loft floor heights between 2.13m (7') and 3m (9'10"). Minimum hatch length- 42.1cm (1'4"). Minimum hatch width- 38.1cm (1'3"). Minimum length required behind hatch- 1.20m (3'11"). Minimum stowing height required in loft- 0.71m(2' 4"). Also available as 2 Section Slider Loft Ladder.
